Awful experience. Boarding all passenger group at the same time. Cabin extremely hot while on the ground. So hot that a passenger fainted before take off so we had to return to the gate, delayed for 2 hours. Food was served after 4h in the air with all lights on until then, couldn't sleep on a red eye flight. No entertainment system for a 9h flight. Seat extremely narrow.
