The rental was minimal in feature s and comfort.

I was confirmed in a compact vehicle. I was given a pick up truck due to lack of type of vehicle I was confirmed for. This resulted in a much higher price for the fill-up necessary to avoid a very costly price that I would’ve had to pay if returned not full. Furthermore, nowhere on the confirmation was I informed a debit card wouldn’t be accepted. I do not own a credit card, so I was forced to borrow my relatives and then incurred an extra fee because it wasn’t my card and I had to be added as an “extra driver”. This resulted in an additional $15. So, an initial cost of around $53 ended costing MUCH more due to your lack of communication/information. Most likely this will be the last time I rent from Budget. On a brighter note, the young man that assisted me was very friendly and kind.

My experience was great. It would have been nice to start with a full tank.

The pick up and drop off experience was the best experience that I've had in my 30 years of renting a vehicle.
