China Airlines has improved significantly over the years. This is the first time we fly on their business class after 20+ years. Both hardware and services impressed us. Will definitely fly with again in the future.

China Airlines has horrible customer services. The flight I was taking had many empty seats, but I got rejected many services with the excuses that the flight is fully booked. 1. When I was checking in at the front dest to request the seat together with my husband, I was told that the flight was fully booked. We need to pay almost extra $200 per person to sit together. 2. When I tried to use the VIP lounge with my mileage points, I was rejected. The reason was that the flight was fully booked.
