3 boarding pass checkpoints at the gate. Long line before boarding. Poor leg room in economy.. Flight crew rounds practically non existent during flight.

Crew and in flight experience were great! I felt safe in the plane. Only downside was sitting in economy and the seat/person in front of me who had their seat reclined most of the flight (9 hrs) which made it difficult to eat or be fully comfortable.

Overall the experience was good. First flight of 17 hours had no entertainment since Singapore airline has technical issues. Was informed that passengers would get a $350 voucher for future flight. Uncertain how that is being distributed but would like to understand if an email is required from my end or if it is an automatic email sent to me by Singapore Airlines. -Gina Robles
