|Sep 2026Hostess called Vina, from Adelaide to Doha on the 25th of September was very rude and racist. Ordered apple juice, she mentioned was not available. A passenger 2 rows ahead was offered apple juice. Asked her to ask the passenger on the chair in front of me to put straight to be able to eat my food, she said you can put yours back, which I did. On the next meal service, she came asking rudely to put our chair straight! Ignoring us completely when serving refreshments, despite being very thirsty. Unprofessional, rude service was not expected to see this on Qatar airways.

|Sep 2026I had over 13 hours layover in Doha. Qatar Airways failed to provide my child Essa 12 and I a hotel room for the night of September 7th. I was very disappointed that a 5 stars Airlines company doesn't fill full its promises for it's customers. We were very tired and couldn't stay at Hamad international airport 13 hours with a child at the night time despite the fact my child and I are carrying US passports. So, we had to go in our own way to hire a taxi cab back and forth and pay for a hotel room and food. What a shame! If we don't get reimbursed for our expenses about $250, we will never fly with Qatar Airways again.

|Aug 2026It would be nice if the vegetarian meal option wasn't always tomato pasta. There are great middle eastern and Asian dishes.
