The service from your staff was great. The car had surprisingly a lot of trunk room for it's size The car I rented needed new wiper blades. A disappointment since this is an essential piece of safety equipment in Scotland. I was also startled that changing from a manual transmission to an automatic was so costly. considering the windy narrow roads, it seems you would want to have have drivers who are used to right-hand driving use a simpler car to operate. General experience was good. Heavy push for upgrades and inclusion of insurance which I had through a different source. Car alarm went off almost every time I locked it. When I mentioned it upon return, they said that happens with MG’s regularly. If that is so either drop the cars or at least warn the renter.

Easy process. Attentive staff. Majid (pick up) and Joe (drop) took time to go through the information in reg. to the car, functions and etc. They were friendly. The whole staff inside the office were friendly and smiling. Gives the customer a comfortable welcome. Signed up insurance when I booked the car with Generali global assistance- popped up while booking, which seems to be not the insurance coverage the car rental company(Enterprise ltd) would be happy with. To avoid last minute hick ups and stress, I bought the car rental company's insurance cover to an additonal £20/day (I have paid insurance two times!). Overall Happy with Enterprise

Customers should be aware that Europcar will not go or credit card insurance coverage. I was made to purchase Europcar insurance and told I could drive the car away without a europcar insurance policy. This effectively doubled the cost of the car rental! In addition the car provided was old, worn, and smaller than I expected.

Won’t use Hertz again and may not use Kayak again. The car I reserved was supposed to hold 5 people and 3 bags. The car they had for me would only hold 3 bags if they were very small bags. I guess bags does not imply suitcases of any size! So I needed a bigger car. They only had two available and the smaller and cheaper of these cost me almost four times what I had paid for the original rental through Kayak.

Well I was shocked to turn up and find apparently I had booked a car with no insurance. You can imagine I was not happy when I needed to pay £63 on top of what I had already paid. I can't believe you can have people paying to hire a car and no where in the booking process does it state you are not insured. I'm very dissatisfied and still shocked.

We had a. Appointment at 12pm pick up I didn’t get my car until 1.45pm. Then they didn’t have a car for us and give me an electric car. I drive a Tesla so I didn’t think anything about it until it cost me $62 to fully charge the polestar which is crazy. It cost me $23 to charge the Tesla. Restroom was disgusting.

I made a reservation one month before my trip. On the day of my reservation I showed up to pick up my car and the two gentlemen working informed me that they did not have a car for me to use. Zero effort was made to provide an explanation or a solution. Over and over again they simply said they did not have enough cars and there was nothing they could do. So I had to make a different reservation with another company last minute. In the end I never got a car from Hertz. And they did not provide me with a refund. Will never book with hertz again.

Easirent at Heathrow is based in a container in the corner of a parking lot. No direct pick up from Terminals, you have to catch a hotel hopping bus. Also, cost advertised is only the car rental. Insurance and damage waiver coverage are extras which really ramps up the price. They may be backed by Fiat (they say) and operate through Pricecom (an American outfit) but their set up is second rate, although in the end the car we had was good, met our needs but was overpriced.
