Your internet rental service is bad. You go in the price is high. You do it on line you get charged if you return early you get charged. So you are not sure how long you need it and you find out you don’t. You don’t care you don’t refund the difference . So you get the car back and then you rent in out the same day or next day. I call that double dipping and I thought that was illegal. You don’t think that

What experience?! I was allowed to make a reservation to pick up a car at a Hertz office that was closed! Why would they allow me to make (AND VERIFY) an appointment if they knew they were not going to be open ??!?! I even spoke to an associate AT THE LOCATION the day before I planned to pick up the car - he never mentioned the office would be CLOSED… and would not reopen until Monday morning. My travel plans had to be altered and I gave my business to Enterprise. They were open they were awesome. And I got a much better deal. Sorry Hertz you have lost a customer for life.
