The employee that checked me in was not friendly. He refused to take my husband credit card that may not be his fault but that’s a terrible policy if we are married. Also the $500 surcharge is ridiculous I have never been charged that for a rental car before EVER!

Lots of hidden fees! They charge you to use your own insurance!(insurance handling fee). You basically have to use theirs, else with the insurance handling fee... It's the same. Also airport shuttle is not actually free, there is a 10% fee on your invoice for it...

Hidden fees resulted in the vehicle costing twice as much per day as the listed price. I will never use Economy again, and have learned my lesson that Kayak listings require additional scrutiny before going for the "best" deal.

They never picked me up at the airport waited almost 2 hours then I took a Lyft to their location at 1777 McCoy Road They told me they were busy but very sorry Person in front of me said in waited 3 hrs & he had wife & 2 children Another man waited 2 hrs The vehicle & everything else were good The Lyft cost me $24 The drop off & return ride to terminal were good If you’re at terminal C they don’t pick you up The transportation attendant told me that & I called Easirent 3 times

I was very surprised and disappointed that Easirent cancelled our reservations because we were late. And this policy was not mentioned /written at all when we made the booking . Although they claim that they have a back up car for us, this was still not right. They’re not organized too. When we returned the car we were told shuttle service to airport will arrive soon and if we did not follow up the shuttle was already there. Never received receipt in email, good i got printed copy. We always rent car on our vacations and usually not coming on time but never got cancellations.
