Cheap Car Rentals in New Brunswick from ₱325

We had a prepaid reservation, yet when we showed up to get our car, they had no cars. There were others in the same boat. We couldn’t get a car until later in the day. While it didn’t have a big impact on our plans, it was still a big inconvenience and could have been a serious problem.

When I picked it up there was a lot of scratches , dents and damage to the car all over it. I went back and told the rep ( while he was outside having a smoke) he said he was aware of it but when I showed him a lot more than he said was on it he replied "Oh okay no problem! he will make a note of them " . I took photos on my phone of all the damage at pick up before leaving the airport and I also asked him if the car had been smoked in because I am a non smoker and it smelt like someone smoked in it but he said no. My wife and I drove directly to a store and bought a spray bottle of new car scent and we sprayed to several times to get the smell out. I did not remove it completely. I washed and filled the tank before returning the car to the airport, took the keys up to the same rep at the desk waited for him to finish a call he just looked up said is the car down below parked Yes he never went to inspect it or sign of anything which I find strange as I was looking after a rental car business years ago.

The radio not work good.. its probably antenna... hard to have a station with no static..

the pickup and dropoff was easy the staff was great.would for sure use enterprise again.

Car wasn’t clean when we picked it up. Only one person working so long line to wait to pick up.

Loved the comfort of the vehicle. The car's windshield could have been cleaned. Had that smoky film on it from the elements. Customer Service can be improved on. Agent at pick-up didn't go over the invoice with me. Did not tell me I had booked through the US site. I trusted that what I was initialing and signing off on was what I had confirmed booking. I panicked when I noticed later what was on the Customer Rental Agreement. Another thing, when I dropped off the car, that young girl's customer service skills lacked friendliness, didn't look at me when speaking, was pretty cut and dry. I don't think she likes her job very much. She put the receipt in front of me and..didn't say a word. I had to ask if I had to sign it..reply was just a 'no". Noticed how she handled the vehicles in back of the building..definately something to watch. She has to realize they are not hers. I would never ever let her use my vehicle.

We Had booked the car for June 10 8:30 PM arrival through Kayak And received confirmation , we received an email notice from thrifty on morning of June 10 saying that it was canceled . When I saw the e-mail ,I called Thrifty at the air port on June 10 to find out what was going on with the rental and I spoke to Mark and he assured me no problem my reservation was still there and the car was still there and that there would be someone there to meet me when we got off the plane (three is always somebody there late in the evening he said ), No Problems !! We arrived at Moncton on time, gathered our luggage and proceeded to the thrifty kiosk where there was nobody there except a sign that said call this number for immediate assistance . We called that number at least 15 times over the next hour and a half with no response. Speaking with one of the security personnel there we find out that this happens a lot at Thrifty. By this time the Avis line was getting short so we joined in it , They quick to get us in a car and get us on our way . Thank you Avis !! I Would definitely NOT recommend thrifty !! Darrell J
