I was at Enterprise location half an hour before pickup time, Airport and office both were closed and no one Pickup the phone at Enterprise location phone number provided with booking detail. Talk to both Enterprise main customer service number too but they are also helpless only give me a complain escalation number 410239414. I was stranded at the around the Airport more half an hour and I left without car in winter storm. Worst experience in my life with KAYAK and enterprise both.

I booked from Kitchener airport pickup and drop off in Milton. I was called and told that Milton closes at 11 on Saturday and had to drop it off before then so I'm not charged an extra day. I wasn't able to make it by 11 and they charged me an extra day!

We got a car, was difficult to get out of, we should have taken a SUV, we are seniors. The car was nice. The passenger seat was uncomfortable for the 1 1/2 hour drive.

Person at the front desk did not inform about the car having all season tires instead of winter tires according to the weather. On Wednesday we has freezing rain and resulted in car getting out of control on highway 401 traffic going at 100km. It resulted pretty bad as the car got out of control and started skidding and I don't know how I got saved from that situation. I informed the same guy at the desk and he just laughed about the complaint. After that, the guy at desk started talking about the mileage driven as how I was able to drive that much in 2 days and that was sure said in insulting manner.

Service from an employee who appeared rushed, despite no one being around. Different messages being delivered about availability of car, time of booking, etc. No real commitment about final cost. No walk around the car...no proper receipt for payment...

They have fun cars. You don't see turbocharged cars too often at other agencies.

They just hand you the keys, no car walk around with the customer is done. On returning the car I walked into the office and very audibly said good afternoon directly to the face of the customer service gentleman who was busy typing he didnt return the greeting plus took close to a minute to acknowledge me. At other agencies I would have immediately recieved an acknowledgement. Customer service and manners are a big deal for me. The exterior and interior of the office are also badly in need of some sprucing up. The car was also pricey compared to other rental agencies in the area.

Easy to deal with and someone available on the desk late at night

Didn't have the car available that we booked so upgraded to a larger car which will use a lot more fuel, not very impressed with the cleanliness of the car, quite dirty outside and very dirty inside.

We reserved a Hyundai Sonata (or similar) to suit our party of 4 adults and 1 infant. The vehicle we received was a Hyundai Venue which was tight but serviceable. There is less room in there than there looks to be. Vehicle listed slightly to the right on the road, but otherwise drove well. Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was very easy, and service was quick and friendly

No “go-over” with an agent before we drove off. Sign on dash showing ‘low tire pressure ‘ was on for the duration of our several hundred kilometre trip—a bit unnerving. I loved that pick up and drop off was so easy, and the agent was very accommodating as to my request to keep the car an extra few hours from what was originally booked.

I booked through Kayak - the only option that was available was to pickup at the small local airport. There were no rates or car options given for the intown Avis locations. At the time of pickup in the morning, there was no one at the rental desk . After several calls, I was told that the airport rental desk was only open after 3pm and to come into the nearest intown location and my reservation would be handled intown. This caused a huge delay in that I had gone to the airport and now had to come back into town to get the car.

The drop off was easy

I feel that the booking online wasn’t clear. I thought the price I paid online was great, but when I showed up at the site, the insurance wasn’t included. (I thought I had paid for that online) There were people behind me and I didn’t have time then to check out other options, so I had to pay the current price they had for insurance, which pretty much doubled my price of the rental. So I wasn’t too pleased when I showed up to pick up the car and discovered my car rental cost pretty much doubled for the 5 days that I rented the car :(
