|Aug 2023Drop off was perfect and timely. Pickup was an hour wait, we had a nice trainee who was ignored by supervisor every time she tried to ask question. When I asked Supervisor the question the trainer was asking, she snapped and said she was Busy processing the customer who cut in line on front of us.Felt bad trainee, who was taking the heat.
