I was told I had to pick up at noon - nothing available earlier. I arrived at 11:58 am to discover they close at 12. I was rushed through picking up and looking over the vehicle. Thankfully I bought extra insurance because the person checking out the car did not actually note all the damage. Without the extra insurance I would have been on the hook for repairs! The vehicle was filthy but they did give me a $50 credit as I had to clean the vehicle myself. Probably won’t use enterprise again🙁

Service was clear and fast. The car was clean. I took some pics of the scratches, verified I had gas before leaving. They answered all my questions. It was great. I have nothing bad to say, I’m happy. I came back before the deadline and It was simple, just a quick check and we all left with a smile. I will definitely come back. Do I recommend? YES.

Enterprise was great. However, I did not like the booking process through Kayak. From the beginning I was being quoted a rate in Cdn Dollars (all in) and somewhere between starting the process and being moved to the Hotwire website the quote was switched to US Dollars. I did notice this and it would have been fine if the final total was still ‘all in’ and similar to the Cdn amount expected. It turned out to be almost 40% higher than expected as I guess the US amount was not all in. It was just disappointing that the currency and variables were changing as I went through the reservation process. It was obviously known from the beginning of my inquiry that I was shopping in Canada, making a reservation in Canada and paying in Canadian dollars. Hoping, if I book through Kayak again that the process is more transparent. Regards, Corey Smith

The bus was delayed slightly (under an hour), so my rental was canceled. There were no vehicles left or effort to assist. We ended up calling the nearby enterprise and doing a same day booking direct since Hertz canceled our rental before we even arrived. I’d walk to the enterprise before attempting to book here again.

The Hertz did not have the vehicle I reserved and offered me a smaller vehicle during pickup. I had a bit too much luggage so had to opt for an upgrade which they charged me extra for. After leaving it didn’t quite sit right so I called them back about the up-charge and they weren’t helpful. Otherwise the pickup and drop off were easy and convenient. The vehicle was great and had no issues there. People were nice just not willing to help me out regarding the reservation and pricing.

I was very disappointed with them. My credit card was canceled before my trip and they refused to accept alternative payments. The person was extremely unprofessional and didn't offer any assistance. I canceled my reservation and went over to the budget car rental who helped me without question and was super kind and helpful. I was very surprised as I have had good experiences at other locations but will never rent from this location again due to the unprofessional and rude representative.

Like the easeness of picking it up, the availability of the car itself and how close it is to the cruise terminal, which is very walkable. What I don't like is I have to drop it off at 8am when it should easily change to 2 hrs later. That was the reason for getting the car, right? To take it to the airport.

Pick up and Drop off were great. The staff were lovely even though they were dealing with long lines and less than patient clients. The staff more than made up for the fact that the car was dirty when I picked it up. There were fingerprints all over the passenger windows and the interior was grimy. Just disappointed in the cleanliness level. Other than that things were fine.

I showed up at the counter and was denied the rental because my licence said GDL even though I am out of the program. I under stand that it’s not in the control of the counter Agent however a pop up or notice while renting the card would be extremely helpful especially hen you are being denied a rental when you are already on vacation and have no other arrangements. Absolutely terrible!

Great vehicle and condition. Issue arose when I advised, a week before the conclusion of the contract, that I would like to change the drop off point to a town further north. The person behind the desk indicated it would mean “changing the whole contract” and got the distinct impression he could not bothered so simply suggested I drop it off at the desired location and pay a penalty for unauthorised drop off… Seemed pretty inefficient and costly. People at the alternate centre were very good on receiving the vehicle but not the best experience overall.

The worst rental car experience. The car was fine but the PICKUP was awful. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my vehicle to be ready along with two other people and I had made the reservation the morning the day before. Why was the vehicle not ready? I have no idea. I completely missed my appointment that I had due to this. I’m extremely disappointed.
