Good day, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Cathay Pacific crew for their outstanding service. I was traveling from New Delhi India with only a 1 hour and 15-minute layover in Hong Kong for my connecting flight to Cebu. Due to the limited time and the need to go through immigration, I was very close to missing my flight. Thankfully, the crew went above and beyond by contacting me through my provided phone number, which allowed me to make it to my flight just in time.
