The desk is in the arrival hall of the airport. The car was clean and parked in the near parking.

Very long process of renting the car. When returning the car there are no signs which parking building must be used. You must use a special card to enter the parking. In our case it did not work and the system was saying that we should push the button to receive the parking ticket. Well, that was a mistake! If you push this button, you will be charged 700 RUB from AVIS. We rejected to pay and told them that they should check the cameras to see that we did everything as they told us. After long negotiations and threats that they will place us in a "black list", they said it is OK and they will not charge us. Very disappointing experience with Avis that tries harder!
