It was a horrible experience. The car smelled really bad and was dirty inside. The car had been in an accident and they hadn’t repaired it yet. We took a video the day we picked it up of all the damage so that we would not be blamed for it. When we returned it the company tried to blame us for the damage even though we had submitted a form with the damages listed at the time of pickup. The company tried to charge us for things that we didn’t need and had us put 1400€ on our credit card to cover anything insurance would not cover. They released it once we returned the car. We showed them we purchased the insurance through Kayak. Over all it was a horrible experience with the Centauro company.

If I have to leave a deposit, I would like to know its exact size BEFORE buying the service. I had to cancel because I didn't have enough money freed, and even when I cancelled almost immediately I was billed the full rental. I will not trust Centaur ever again
