The crew was very helpful and friendly.

The seats were too compact. No snacks no seat selection without some form of payment.. extremely turbulent flight.

The flight boarded on time, gate personnel was polite. The plane was clean, the flight crew was courteous, warm and friendly. My exit lane seat was again a blessing for someone my height (6’2”). I enjoyed myself and we arrived to Baltimore on time.
