The worst experience ever - The car was unusable and ultimately died and had to be towed which took 2 days and incessant phone calls. It was the most abusive disrespectful experience I have ever had and it cost me extra money because their uber driver didn’t pick me up and I missed my flight on top of everything else! Avoid Budget.

The staff was very helpful. There were no cars available to get at the airport so we had to use another location and that was unfortunate but not the fault of Hertz.

It was Spring Break time and I would hope they would have many more cars available than they had but we should have booked earlier as well.

I was supposed to pay much less than what this website showed. The rental wasn’t what I thought it would be cheap SUV, but it was clean. I’ve travelled before with much less expensive and better car.

The only problem was the pick up in Sarasita, We waited 50 minutes on line to do the paperwork for the car. They didn't have enough staff on duty to handle the line. The agents themselves were lovely and working hard.

Understaffed with a 1.5 hour pickup line for prepaid cars. The vehicle was not what we expected or what was stated online. It also had interior damage and was visibly dirty. Will not rent here again.

Maintenance light kept coming on tried to call several times basically was left on my own. The tire pressure light came on for two tires at separate times and had to fill them. I felt like I was driving an used truck that I had to fix. For $300 on vacation it sucked!!!!

They share a rental desk with other rental companies. It was busy and they only had one agent working the desk. He did a great job and was moving really fast, but it was just one guy. When it came time for our rental, the agent had to login again to the payless system, which took about 5 minutes. So, in all, we waited approximately 50 minutes to get our vehicle, causing us to miss a dinner reservation. I just wish I had known prior to renting that this would be the case, I guess it was still a good value, but unexpected delay.
