Cheap Car Rentals in Alamo Heights, San Antonio

Very easy pick-up and drop-off. Friendly agent at the desk for questions during pick-up. Had a wonderful, new, clean car that was very enjoyable to drive!!

I was assigned a Hyundai Venue. That car told me every five minutes (or less) that I needed to stop for a coffee break. This could be immediately after I stopped for a lunch or dinner, or any break, for that matter. I could not figure out how to turn that feature off despite my husband researching that over the internet. I hope someone will turn that feature off once you read this message. So, service was wonderful. I would not rent THAT car again.

The windows and mirrors were so water spotted, it was dangerous driving in the sun. I had to go pay to have it cleaned before I could feel safe operating the car. Not right.

It was great

Booked the car and was then told they don’t have it and it would be an 80$ extra charge for a car they did had. The reasoning given was that it was a third party vendor I booked through. I had them cancel the booking and rebooked from their site directly. They said they didn’t have that car and again tried to upsell for 80$ more than the booking. A joke of a company and will never use them again.

Vehicle was good and drop off was possible l painless. However, took 2 hours to get our already reserved vehicle! And the car sears looked awful.

The line was really, really long for pickup. The car I got was a great value and the staff very friendly.

I waited 40 minutes for my car. This should not have been that difficult. They needed to have more staff working and a more organized structure.
